Applications
Sintex Insulated Roofing Panels are versatile and can be used for covering roofs at homes, industrial sheds, factories, warehouses, temporary structures, animal sheds, poultry sheds, multiplexes, etc. It is very easy to install these roofing panels or replace existing metal, asbestos, or E board-based roofing with Sintex panels.
Usage Instructions
There is a separate roof installation manual available. However, an installer has to take care of the following:
- Proper quality self-drilling self-tapping screws (fasteners) should be used. Fasteners of proper length should be fixed in sufficient quantity.
- Sintex panels contain peelable guard film on both sides to prevent damage during transit. However, guard film must be removed from the upper skin and lower skin of the panels immediately after installation.
- Sintex accessories are to be fixed on the periphery of the panels so that foam is fully covered.
